Meet Kayla

Hi I’m Kayla Crass, Owner of Kay Collective! I am a licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician with certifications in multiple cosmetic procedures. I have been in the Esthetic/ Laser industry for almost 5 years. I was born and raised in a small town in North Eastern WI. I  decided to move to Scottsdale, Arizona at the age of 19 to continue my college education. There I studied under some of the best renowned professionals in the industry. I resided in Scottsdale until December of 2022, when I made the decision to move back to WI to be closer to my family/ friends and start my own business in a field I am so passionate about. 

I started Kay Collective, with the hopes of bringing the latest trends and techniques while providing a safe environment for my clients. My goal at Kay Collective is to provide clients with knowledge on my services. As well as having every client leave my studio feeling happy and confident in their own skin. I am very excited to get to know you all more, and provide you with the best services I can offer. Can’t wait to see all of your beautiful faces at Kay Collective!
